We not only have the best sushi bar in San Antonio, we also offer steakhouse-quality ribeye steaks, Duroc pork chops, New Zealand lamb,  and Scottish salmon, as well as many classic Japanese hot dishes.

Chirashi (sashimi): 3 bluefin tuna, 3 salmon, 3 white fish, 3 hamachi, 2 octopus, 2 tamago, 1 shrimp & pickles on sushi rice
Sushi Dinner (nigiri): 2 bluefin tuna, 2 salmon, 1 white fish, 1 surf clam, 1 crab stick & tuna roll
Sushi Deluxe (nigiri): 2 bluefin tuna, 2 salmon, 2 white fish, 1 hamachi, 1 surf clam, 1 shrimp, 1 crab stick & tuna roll

Chef’s Dinner (8 nigiri): 2 bluefin tuna, 2 salmon, 2 white fish, & 2 shrimp and (16 sashimi): 3 bluefin tuna, 3 salmon, 3 white fish, 3 hamachi, 2 octopus, 2 saba, & chef’s choice of two rolls
Sashimi Moriawase 18 pieces of the day’s seasonally available premium fish served sashimi style.
Tokuchou 12 pieces of the days premium fish served sashimi style, 7 pieces served nigiri style and one 6-piece toro taku roll.

Hot Entrees
Grilled “New Zealand” Lamb Chops: wok-fried eggplant, shirakiku rice & spicy ginger garlic sauce.
Hand-Cut Dominion Rib-eye : sautéed asparagus, wok-fried shiitake, yellow fingerling mashed potatoes & orange ginger teriyaki sauce.
Grilled Duroc Pork Chop: yellow fingerling mashed potatoes, apple-ginger chutney, spicy orange marmelade & cilantro oil.
Pan Roasted Airline Chicken: wok-fried vegetables, chuka soba noodles, & orange ginger teriyaki.
Orange Miso Sea Bass (MSC Certified): poached in sake, snow peas, shiitake fried rice & spicy garlic ginger sauce.
Grilled “Scottish Salmon”: wok-fried green beans, cilantro crab, shirakiku rice & ginger soy butter.
Shrimp Tempura: tempura fried tiger shrimp & vegetables.
Chicken Udon or Soba: choice of Japanese noodles, grilled chicken breast, vegetables, & dashi broth.
Seafood Udon or Soba: choice of Japanese noodles, shrimp, scallops, white fish, salmon, green lip mussels, vegetables, & dashi broth.
Chicken Yakisoba: stir-fried chicken breast, vegetables, & chuka soba noodles.
