Sushi rolls

From traditional Japanese makimono to unique signature creations like our Duncan, Nelson, and Spurs rolls, we have something for everyone to love.  All of our sushi rolls are made individually to order by our professional sushi chefs using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.

Cooked Fish Rolls (may include raw masago)

Crunchy: Snow crab mix and avocado, topped with tempura flakes.

Dragon: Broiled eel, cucumber, avocado, masago & eel sauce.

Green Stripe: Soy paper, tempura fried white fish, cucumber, avocado, masago, sesame seeds & spicy mayo.

Rock & Roll: Shrimp tempura, snow crab mix, cucumber & avocado, topped with masago & eel sauce.

San Antonio: Shrimp tempura, cream cheese, chili pepper, topped with eel, avocado, masago & eel sauce.

Spider: Tempura fried soft shell crab, cucumber, avocado & masago, with eel sauce.

Spurs: Marbled seaweed paper, shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado, masago & snow crab mix, with eel sauce.

Sushihana: Snow crab mix & avocado, topped with shrimp, masago & spicy mayo sauce.


Raw Fish Rolls

Bam Bam*: Spicy tuna & cucumber, topped with albacore tuna, avocado, crispy garlic & sriracha sauce.

Big Easy: Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, green onions & sesame seeds.

Bluefin: Yellowtail, cucumber & asparagus with bluefin tuna, avocado, ikura, yuzu, lemon zest & sriracha.

Crazy: Snow crab mix & cream cheese, topped with tuna, avocado & honey wasabi sauce.

Crazy Mike*: Spicy crawfish & spicy tuna, topped with tuna, salmon, white fish, avocado, tempura flakes & sriracha.

Diablo*: Shrimp & roasted jalapeño, topped with pepper tuna, avocado, tempura flakes & eel sauce.

Duncan: Soy paper, shrimp tempura & avocado, topped with spicy tuna, snow crab mix, wasabi tobiko & eel sauce.

Dynamite: Minced tuna, salmon, white fish & cucumber, with crunchies.

Eel Cucumber: Seared freshwater eel & cucumber, with sesame seeds and eel sauce.

Imperial: Cucumber wrapped tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab stick & avocado, with sesame seeds, spicy ponzu & hot oil.

Jazz: Spicy tuna, topped with eel, avocado, masago, & eel sauce.

Negihama: Chopped yellowtail & green onions.

Negitoro: Chopped toro, green onions, daikon sprouts & sesame seeds, with lemon zest & garlic soy.

Nelson: Tuna, salmon, jalapeno, avocado, crispy garlic, siracha, garlic soy & kizame wasabi.

New Orleans*: Spicy crawfish & avocado, topped with spicy tuna, snow crab mix, tobiko & eel sauce.

Philadelphia: Smoked salmon, cream cheese, & avocado with sesame seeds.

Rainbow Roll: California roll topped with tuna, salmon, white fish & avocado.

Spicy Girl*: Spicy tuna & avocado, topped with snow crab mix, & chili pepper.

Spicy Salmon: Minced salmon in a spicy sauce.

Spicy Scallop: Minced scallop in a spicy sauce.

Spicy Tuna: Minced tuna in a spicy sauce.

Summer: Rice paper, tuna, salmon, snow crab mix, cream cheese, masago & avocado, with garlic oil & ponzu sauce.

Sunrise: Salmon, cream cheese, & avocado topped with salmon, spicy mayo & lemon zest.

Sunset: Spicy tuna, snow crab mix & cucumber, topped with spicy salmon and crunchies.

Tejas*: Tuna, jalapeño & avocado, with masago & sriracha sauce.

Tiger: Tuna & salmon, topped with tuna, salmon, eel, avocado, masago & eel sauce.

Umai: Snow crab mix & avocado, topped with white fish, avocado, green onions and sweet & spicy sauce.


Tempura Fried Rolls

Hot: Lump crab meat, asparagus, cream cheese & masago, topped with sesame seeds & spicy mayo.

Paradise: Spicy crawfish, shrimp fried rice & cream cheese, topped with spicy mayo & eel sauce.

Red Snapper: White fish & asparagus, topped with masago, wasabi tobiko, & spicy mayo.

Tiger Eye*: Soy paper, smoked salmon, jalapeño, cream cheese, and nori, tempura fried with masago.


Vegetable Rolls

Grilled Medley: grilled asparagus, carrots, & green onions with roasted red bell pepper & umai sauce.

Veggie Roll: Spring mix, carrots, avocado, cucumber, daikon, kaiware sprouts
